Manage order waving and assignment in the DC using distribution software, monitor workflows and KPIs, coordinate labor, report performance, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment tasks such as printing labels and preparing shipping documentation.

Process and rebox automotive parts in a distribution center to meet quality and performance metrics. Perform material handling, inspect parts, operate mechanized equipment and powered industrial trucks, track labor metrics, follow SOPs and safety/PPE requirements, cross-train across warehouse areas, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Own and grow DMA's largest customer relationships through strategic account planning, cross-functional coordination, and high-touch relationship management. Lead product launches, promotional planning, performance analysis, and issue resolution while providing regular reporting and travel-heavy customer engagement to drive revenue and long-term account success.

Support product management across the product lifecycle: market research, competitive analysis, new product launches, product data maintenance, OEM application research using AllData, cross-functional coordination, reporting in Excel, SOP development, and supplier communication.

Manage inspection and laboratory operations to ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Lead first-article inspections, AQL sampling, warranty investigations, nonconforming inventory disposition, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement while supervising one Laboratory & Warranty Technician and collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Management, and suppliers.
