Manage order waving and assignment in the DC using distribution software, monitor workflows and KPIs, coordinate labor, report performance, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment tasks such as printing labels and preparing shipping documentation.

Maintain confidentiality, professional presentation, and support cross-departmental projects and company events.

Supervise outbound warehouse team to meet SOPs and KPIs, manage TMS/ERP shipping processes, schedule and train staff, ensure compliance, perform data entry and reporting, and drive process improvements for TL, LTL and parcel shipments.

Lead and support daily distribution center operations, optimize labor and KPIs, coach supervisors and associates, drive continuous improvement and safety, and act as DCM in their absence to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
