Manage order waving and assignment in the DC using distribution software, monitor workflows and KPIs, coordinate labor, report performance, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment tasks such as printing labels and preparing shipping documentation.

Administer and modernize Windows server and Active Directory environments, manage multi-site WAN and network infrastructure (Meraki, UniFi, Fortinet), improve security and patching, support backup/DR, develop PowerShell automation, document runbooks, mentor helpdesk, and lead infrastructure remediation and segmentation projects.
