Supports the Distribution Center Manager in leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, packing, shipping, labor allocation, KPI reporting, safety, and continuous improvement. Coaches supervisors and warehouse teams, partners with HR and cross-functional departments, ensures SOP and OSHA compliance, and acts as Distribution Center Manager when needed. The role requires regular on-site presence in a large distribution center and approximately 5% travel between facilities.

Supports automotive product lines throughout the product lifecycle, including market research, competitive analysis, product launches, catalog and pricing maintenance, OEM application research, product setup, reporting, and SOP development. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, suppliers, and customers while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned product categories.

Supervise outbound warehouse team to meet SOPs and KPIs, manage TMS/ERP shipping processes, schedule and train staff, ensure compliance, perform data entry and reporting, and drive process improvements for TL, LTL and parcel shipments.
