Develop and architect Adobe Experience Manager solutions across AEM Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, and legacy AEM Sites. Build Java and OSGi backend services, responsive frontend components, and AEM-Commerce integrations using Magento, GraphQL, REST, or middleware. Manage Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, headless content, CI/CD through Cloud Manager, performance optimization, and modernizations. Participate in Agile delivery, mentor developers, document solutions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

The Technical Business Analyst gathers and validates requirements, translates business needs into functional specifications and user stories, and serves as an AEM/WCM functional subject matter expert. The role supports integrations, governance, compliance, documentation, QA/UAT, traceability, and defect triage while coordinating across business, technical, architecture, and governance teams.

Own the full Adobe Customer Journey Analytics lifecycle, including AEP architecture, XDM schema design, data ingestion, modeling, attribution, dashboards, reporting, governance, and quality assurance. Analyze cross-channel customer journeys, identify conversion opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to marketing, product, operations, and senior stakeholders. Coach business users on CJA self-service capabilities and drive analytics adoption and data literacy.
