Supervise the full accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax obligations, and local regulations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, bank reconciliations, account analyses, provisions, regulatory reports, and financial reporting. Support internal and external audits, collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Compliance, and contribute to accounting process automation and continuous improvement.

Supports Area Sales Managers and dealer partners by identifying and processing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include targeting dealers, training users on the ECS system, quoting customers, processing credit applications, coordinating with Credit, and developing strong customer and dealer relationships. The role requires agricultural finance knowledge, strong communication and influencing skills, customer service orientation, organization, teamwork, English fluency, and basic PC skills in a hybrid work environment.

Lead outsourced payroll operations across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea. Manage ADP vendor relationship, ensure accurate timely payroll, compliance with legislation, statutory payments, reconciliations, reporting and audits. Drive continuous improvement, governance, risk mitigation, and payroll transformation activities while partnering with Finance, HR, Audit, and Compliance.
