Grow and maintain commercial partnerships in a defined territory by identifying sales opportunities, developing proposals, managing transactions, training partners, engaging internal experts to structure deals, reporting on activities, and meeting commercial targets. Role requires travel to partners and industry events.

Provide front-line sales support to vendors, dealers and account managers throughout the sales process. Prepare contracts and documentation, manage onboarding (including AML/KYC), liaise with Risk/Legal/Finance, ensure transaction accuracy and compliance, maintain stakeholder communication, monitor workloads and meet SLAs to help achieve business volume targets.

Design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps; build internal tooling (C#/.NET, PowerShell); integrate tools and reporting; coach Agile teams on DevOps practices; define CI/CD standards, monitor adoption, and automate repetitive tasks while working hybrid (2-3 days onsite).
