Administers insurance portfolios by validating documentation, updating policy and customer records, processing cancellations and claims, monitoring compliance, and communicating with customers, brokers, dealers, vendors, Credit, and Sales. The role handles insurance inquiries, coverage issues, force-placed insurance, renewals, correspondence, and database updates while meeting service levels, maintaining accurate records, and protecting contractual interests.

Processes and investigates lockbox, cheque, EFT, wire, ACH, and pre-authorized payments for lease and loan contracts. Posts payments accurately, manages suspense items, transfers, fee adjustments, and cash adjustments while following authorization, compliance, and internal-control requirements. Maintains records, updates procedures and reports, meets KPI and SLA targets, supports internal customers, and performs related administrative and backup duties.

Supports the Collection and Recovery team through data entry, coordination with partners and external law firms, credit-position analysis, and preparation of internal and external documentation. The six-month internship requires basic administrative, data-entry, or legal-office experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and teamwork skills. Interest in customer risk or litigation is preferred.
