Lead a backend engineering squad, overseeing delivery, architecture, people management, and technical direction. Design, build, and scale reliable financial services, improve legacy systems, drive engineering practices, review code, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, and Support across the full development lifecycle while owning backend quality, performance, security, and scalability for millions of users.
