Design and improve mobile banking products by creating wireframes, prototypes, UI using the design system, user flows and Figma prototypes; run user research and testing; collaborate with product managers, developers and marketing; participate in design critiques and iterate continuously to deliver simple, consistent user experiences.

Lead design and operation of local compliance program: ensure regulatory compliance (BCEAO/CENTIF/ARTP), run AML/CFT (KYC, monitoring, STRs), implement policies and controls, manage audits/inspections, train staff, and provide basic legal contract review and coordination with external counsel.

Lead office operations, facilities, procurement, vendor management, and administrative services across Djamo entities in Cote d'Ivoire and Senegal. Manage office budgets, negotiate contracts, oversee facilities upkeep and compliance (including PCI-DSS), supervise Office Assistants, support executives, run procurement processes, and drive cost control, reporting, and employee experience initiatives.

Perform continuous, manual penetration tests across office networks, cloud (AWS), web and mobile applications; run vulnerability assessments; produce actionable reports; verify remediations; support PCI DSS compliance; identify systemic security weaknesses; travel periodically to Abidjan and Dakar.

Build, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services for a B2C fintech product. Write clean code, debug, perform UI/performance tests, create reusable libraries, integrate with front-end, gather technical requirements, train/support internal teams, and adopt emerging technologies.

Lead and mentor a backend product squad, own technical direction and delivery, design and scale backend systems for fintech products, improve engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring), stay hands-on in code and architecture, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend to ship reliable, performant services.

Lead and scale People Operations across five entities: own multi-country payroll, HR administration, HRIS and integrations, compliance, people analytics, process excellence, and project delivery. Manage two HR assistants, partner with Finance/Legal/IT/vendors, ensure payroll accuracy, audit readiness, data integrity, and drive automation and system adoption.
