The QA Lead establishes and manages quality assurance practices for ERP and broader IT initiatives. Responsibilities include defining testing frameworks and governance, managing test environments and tools, creating test plans, coordinating UAT, performing integration and regression testing, introducing automation, tracking defects and metrics, assessing release readiness, and driving post-implementation improvements. The role partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and product owners to improve system reliability and adoption.

Designs and operates secure, scalable Microsoft Azure infrastructure for enterprise data workloads. Implements Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Azure Bicep, manages Azure DevOps repositories and CI/CD pipelines, and establishes security, networking, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and cost-management practices. The role also supports identity, private connectivity, cloud VM lifecycle management, capacity planning, incident resolution, compliance guardrails, and integrations with internal and external data sources.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing; reviews purchase orders and invoices for accurate cost allocation; analyzes actual expenses and variances; identifies cost-efficiency opportunities; collaborates with controllers, supply chain, and operations teams; and serves as the primary contact for actual-expense questions.
