Owns Dixstone’s competence and training standards across business units and regions. The role establishes compliance training matrices, coordinates mandatory and developmental training, monitors certification and competence gaps, supports onboarding and audits, maintains HRIS records, and reports training compliance to HR and QHSE leadership. It requires building frameworks from the ground up, coordinating multi-stakeholder rollouts, collaborating across cultures, and traveling to African operations.

Supports marine compliance across the vessel fleet by maintaining IMS documentation, conducting internal and external audits, tracking non-conformities, coordinating Class and Flag certification, managing technical document control, updating the Planned Maintenance System, and distributing regulatory circulars. Requires seagoing officer or engineering experience, knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, QHSE and ISO standards, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally for vessel audits.

Manage offshore, marine, and oil and gas projects from tender through client sign-off. Responsibilities include project planning, contract and budget control, subcontractor oversight, QHSE compliance, risk management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management. The role is primarily office-based with occasional offshore and site visits.
