Provides inpatient medical and mental health nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, triage, laboratory procedures, emergency response, treatment planning, safety monitoring, and patient education. Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams and external providers, supports crisis interventions and restraint procedures, leads nursing groups, manages discharge planning, and maintains accurate clinical documentation while following nursing, HIPAA, OSHA, CDC, and state regulatory standards.

Supports clients applying for Colorado Medicaid by explaining eligibility guidelines and required documentation. Navigates same-day behavioral health access, coordinates appointments and referrals, completes enrollment, responds to calls and correspondence, troubleshoots telehealth issues, monitors client access, maintains records, reports data, and collaborates across departments. Provides front-desk training, stays current on process changes, protects confidential information, and delivers calm, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and build a high-performing marketing and communications function: develop brand, digital, content, events, and community outreach strategies; translate executive vision into measurable campaigns; manage budgets, vendors, analytics and reporting; supervise outreach and marketing teams; represent the organization publicly to strengthen community trust and referral partnerships.

Provide individualized employment support to clients with behavioral health or substance use disorders: assess needs, develop Individual Employment Plans, conduct job development and follow-along supports, build employer partnerships, negotiate accommodations, collaborate with treatment teams, and maintain documentation.

Provide high-fidelity Wraparound services for youth and families: conduct assessments, facilitate team meetings, develop Plans of Care and Crisis Prevention Plans, connect to community resources, document services and outcomes, and monitor service quality across home, outpatient, and community settings.

Provide clinical leadership and direct therapeutic services across individual, family, and group modalities. Supervise and coach clinical staff, oversee operations, ensure documentation and productivity standards, respond to crises and risk assessments, and deliver trainings to maintain quality, compliance, and team performance.

Triage incoming crisis calls, coordinate mobile crisis team dispatch, and link individuals to appropriate internal or community behavioral health resources. Serve as liaison with hospitals, law enforcement, and partner agencies; document interactions in the EHR; support admissions, screenings, placements, and continuity of care as part of an on-site crisis response team.

Manage day-to-day operations of clinical programs, ensure fidelity to evidence-based care, build community partnerships, oversee utilization and productivity, develop coordinated care plans, lead staff development, and drive process improvement and outcomes across internal teams and external providers.

Provide peer-to-peer mental health and substance use support through outreach, education, community resource navigation, crisis identification, documentation in electronic medical records, and coordination with partner agencies while maintaining personal recovery boundaries.

Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy, conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments across the lifespan, coordinate case management, supervise psychology trainees, and refer/coordinate care with community resources. Spend majority time on specialty psychologist services (assessments, supervision) and remainder on therapy, intakes, and care coordination.
