Triage incoming crisis calls, coordinate mobile crisis team dispatch, and link individuals to appropriate internal or community behavioral health resources. Serve as liaison with hospitals, law enforcement, and partner agencies; document interactions in the EHR; support admissions, screenings, placements, and continuity of care as part of an on-site crisis response team.

Provide peer-to-peer mental health and substance use support through outreach, education, community resource navigation, crisis identification, documentation in electronic medical records, and coordination with partner agencies while maintaining personal recovery boundaries.

Manage day-to-day operations of clinical programs, ensure fidelity to evidence-based care, build community partnerships, oversee utilization and productivity, develop coordinated care plans, lead staff development, and drive process improvement and outcomes across internal teams and external providers.

Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy, conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments across the lifespan, coordinate case management, supervise psychology trainees, and refer/coordinate care with community resources. Spend majority time on specialty psychologist services (assessments, supervision) and remainder on therapy, intakes, and care coordination.

Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role in Colorado Springs providing mental and behavioral health care as part of a clinical team. Non-exempt, 40 hours/week with schedule set by supervisor. Provide community-based vocational support using the IPS model to help clients obtain and maintain competitive employment. Perform functional assessments, develop individualized employment plans, build employer partnerships, conduct job development and coaching, negotiate accommodations, document services, and collaborate with treatment teams and families.

Provide direct nursing care in behavioral health settings under prescriber/RN supervision: assessments, vitals, medication administration and reconciliation, injections, crisis management, documentation, care coordination, patient education, and participation in treatment planning and team communication.

Provide employment-focused case management and Clubhouse generalist support to adults with mental illness: assess needs, develop job readiness, connect community resources, coordinate care, document services, and foster recovery-oriented clubhouse engagement.
