Supports behavioral healthcare access by scheduling and rescheduling appointments, processing referrals and enrollments, navigating clients to resources, managing phone communications, maintaining records, entering data, monitoring compliance reports, and coordinating with clinical and operational teams. Provides client advocacy and customer service while protecting confidential information and supporting process improvements across service lines.

Provides behavioral health case management for clients in outpatient, home, community, and other care settings. Conducts functional needs assessments, contributes to treatment plans, coordinates with clients, families, providers, and treatment teams, facilitates skill-building sessions, connects clients with community resources, monitors progress, and documents services. Supports populations including substance use, inpatient psychiatry, first-episode psychosis, and offender-based programs. Driving between sites and transporting clients may be required.

Supports the Marketing and Communications Team by maintaining brand integrity, coordinating meetings and project timelines, managing records, and processing requests. Optimizes digital content for search and social performance, assists with campaigns and brand planning, coordinates events, collaborates with agencies and stakeholders, represents the organization as a brand ambassador, and reports on marketing performance.

Plans and delivers technology initiatives, with primary responsibility for an Electronic Health Record implementation. Coordinates stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, testing, training readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization. Translates requirements into delivery plans, manages governance and reporting, collaborates on architecture and non-functional requirements, oversees release readiness, and drives retrospectives and process improvements.

Provides inpatient and community behavioral health nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, crisis management, vital signs, injections, EKGs, specimen collection, treatment planning, patient education, care coordination, safety monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Provide high-fidelity Wraparound services for youth and families: conduct assessments, facilitate team meetings, develop Plans of Care and Crisis Prevention Plans, connect to community resources, document services and outcomes, and monitor service quality across home, outpatient, and community settings.

Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy, conduct psychological and diagnostic assessments across the lifespan, coordinate case management, supervise psychology trainees, and refer/coordinate care with community resources. Spend majority time on specialty psychologist services (assessments, supervision) and remainder on therapy, intakes, and care coordination.
