Directs daily food production operations, leading employees and coordinating staffing, workflow, scheduling, and shift communication. Ensures safety, quality, productivity, GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance. Monitors yields, downtime, labor, and performance; trains and evaluates employees; partners with Quality and Maintenance; and drives process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Lead food production activities by preparing ingredients to recipe specifications, inspecting raw materials, recording production data, managing packaging and palletization requirements, and maintaining GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards. The role requires clear communication, attention to quality and food safety, physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends.

Leads integrated production planning across multiple manufacturing sites by translating demand into production schedules, optimizing inventory, identifying capacity and material constraints, and supporting S&OP. Collaborates with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Quality, and Finance while driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.

Oversee daily food manufacturing operations, leading production teams and supervisors while ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, and productivity. Drive continuous improvement, resource allocation, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, employee training, and performance management. Collaborate with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and Scheduling to maintain efficient plant operations and accurate production reporting.
