Manages complex federal information technology projects, including planning, execution, reporting, risk and cost monitoring, process improvement, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Leads technical staff, mentors PMO members, audits work quality, maintains project standards, and serves as liaison between business and technical teams. Requires independent judgment, supervision of others, strong communication, analytical ability, PMP or equivalent certification, ITIL 4 Foundation, and an active Secret clearance.

Designs, implements, administers, and supports enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, endpoint management, and data center systems. Leads data center projects, disaster recovery and continuity planning, system hardening, patching, imaging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and architecture design. Oversees engineering personnel, coordinates vendors, prepares project reporting, manages operational impacts, and collaborates with cybersecurity teams to satisfy DoD RMF and security requirements.
