Manages accounting staff and external providers while partnering with Legal, Sales, FP&A, and public-sector program teams. The role also drives automation, documentation, process scaling, and reliable financial reporting.

The Senior IT Systems Engineer automates IT operations through infrastructure as code, service configuration management, monitoring, and workflow automation. Responsibilities include Terraform-driven GitHub administration, ITSM-based automation prioritization, security control implementation, system hardening, desktop support, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires strong Terraform, FleetDM, macOS, Linux, identity management, and scripting experience, with collaboration across security and IT teams.

Deploys and operates secure platform infrastructure across AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. Leads customer integrations, cross-domain data flows, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and technical requirements for SOCOM and government users. Translates operational constraints into product improvements while supporting ATO compliance, incident response, sustainment, and capability transition.

The role also covers pricing, packaging, onboarding, migration, competitive strategy, product metrics, and customer adoption. Travel up to 25% is required for customer visits and company meetups.

Own post-sale technical programs for enterprise accounts, driving implementations from kickoff through production, translating customer needs into engineering deliverables, and coordinating engineering, product, support, and field teams. Manage risks, dependencies, incidents, escalations, executive reviews, renewals, retention, and expansion signals. Serve as the primary internal accountability point and trusted advisor to customer technical and executive stakeholders while helping improve Ditto’s engagement playbook.

Own Ditto’s consolidated financial model, budgeting process, revenue and cash forecasting, financial metrics, reporting and forecasting platform, fundraising support, and corporate FP&A cadence. Partner cross-functionally with executives, Accounting, GTM, and People to deliver board materials, sales compensation administration, and actionable financial insights. Build and scale AI-enabled planning tools while maintaining rigorous financial controls and data integrity.
