Build and operate Ditto’s agent execution platform, including multi-agent runtimes, typed tool interfaces, sandboxing, telemetry, evaluations, model routing, and developer tooling. Improve agent reliability, cost, latency, and accuracy through measurement-driven iteration. Partner with engineering teams to turn workflows into trusted briefs and establish reusable patterns for agentic software development.

The Software Engineer, Mobile Transports will advance Ditto's mobile transport technologies focusing on networking performance and reliability across platforms. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing mobile transport infrastructure, collaborating with teams, and monitoring system performance.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers using Ditto’s SDK and Cloud products. Reproduce, debug, and escalate complex issues; coordinate production incident response and root-cause analyses; guide developers; build support automation and self-service tools; and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and serve as a trusted technical advisor to high-profile customers.

Design and scale distributed systems for Ditto's edge-to-cloud capabilities, lead services development in Rust, and mentor engineers.

Design, build, and deploy Android-native applications and plugins that integrate Ditto’s peer-to-peer data sync into tactical environments. Lead integration architecture with TAK/ATAK systems, define APIs and sync patterns, diagnose and resolve live operational issues, mentor engineers, and shape technical strategy and roadmap for edge integrations.

Own pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, GTM process design, reporting, and HubSpot administration for enterprise sales. Drive weekly forecasting, pipeline hygiene, playbook creation, deal desk processes, analytics, and AI-enabled reporting to improve conversion and forecast reliability across sales, marketing, and customer success.
