Teams at Ditto

Design and own Ditto’s networking and transport stack for mesh systems, including routing, connectivity, protocols, and edge platforms. Re-architect networking components for scalability and performance, debug reliability and synchronization issues, optimize concurrency and resource usage, and develop resilient protocol abstractions for unreliable networks. Establish observability for production diagnostics while collaborating in a distributed team.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise customers using Ditto’s SDK and Cloud products. Reproduce, debug, and escalate complex issues; coordinate production incident response and root-cause analyses; guide developers; build support automation and self-service tools; and communicate customer needs to Product and Engineering. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and serve as a trusted technical advisor to high-profile customers.

Own Ditto’s Rust SDK observability strategy and implementation across iOS, Android, desktop, and embedded platforms. Design telemetry, logging, tracing, support bundles, buffering, sampling, and export systems optimized for constrained devices and intermittent connectivity. Improve logging performance, maintain Rust SDK features, and support customers debugging production integrations. The role requires systems-level Rust, FFI, cross-platform SDK development, observability design, strong written communication, and customer empathy.
