Develop and lead Disturbia’s cultural partnerships strategy, identifying opportunities across creative industries, pitching partners, negotiating agreements, and managing collaborations through delivery. Measure cultural, audience, and commercial impact to strengthen the future partnership pipeline.

Lead and develop a ten-person fashion design team, managing performance, workloads, capacity, workflow, and delivery. Translate the Design Director’s creative vision into clear priorities, review product work, produce performance reports, and improve team productivity. Collaborate with Buying, Garment Technology, and other stakeholders to support critical-path product development and commercial objectives.

Lead supplier lifecycle management, compliance, sustainability, reporting, and process improvement across the business. The role manages supplier onboarding, requirements, performance, risk, dashboards, and packaging-related standards while partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, Technical, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams. It supports responsible sourcing, operational efficiency, supplier decision-making, and improved visibility into compliance and performance.

Owns front-end architecture, development, performance, accessibility, testing, and continuous improvement across Shopify Plus storefronts. The role translates commercial, creative, and customer insights into scalable experiences, leads engineering standards and component libraries, supports experimentation and CRO, evaluates integrations, and manages delivery from technical discovery through post-launch monitoring. It requires strong Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, performance optimization, and cross-functional technical leadership experience.

Owns front-end architecture, development, performance, accessibility, testing, and continuous improvement across a multi-store Shopify Plus ecosystem. The role delivers reusable, high-converting storefront experiences, establishes engineering standards, integrates third-party technologies, and partners with e-commerce, creative, marketing, and technical teams on data-informed experimentation and CRO initiatives. It requires independent project ownership, technical leadership, and proactive management of technical debt and platform improvements.
