Operate warehouse machinery to pull, cut, stripe/dye, twist and process cable/wire; complete rundowns, scrap and break down reels; follow SOPs and documentation; maintain cleanliness and safety; communicate to resolve issues; lift and move heavy materials and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Supervise warehouse order fulfillment and operations: train and coach staff, manage workflow and priorities, perform quality inspections, operate warehouse machinery, handle supply needs and order issues, enforce safety and standard operating procedures, and support hiring and personnel actions.

Drive new business and grow existing accounts across a defined Texas territory by building long-term relationships, meeting sales and profit targets, creating strategic travel plans, reporting market intelligence, collaborating with marketing and account managers, and representing the company. Requires frequent customer travel, negotiating and closing deals, territory planning, and delivering consistent sales growth and brand presence.

Responsible for generating new and existing account business across a multi-state territory by developing relationships, meeting monthly sales and profit goals, executing strategic travel and call plans, reporting market intelligence, collaborating with marketing and account managers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth and consistent brand presence.
