Lead design, implementation, and compliance of K-12 bilingual, TPI/TBE, and high school world language programs. Coach CLD instructional staff, analyze data to refine instruction, run professional learning, ensure state/local compliance, liaise with district partners, and support campus leaders to improve outcomes for culturally and linguistically diverse learners.

Lead MTSS Interventionist implements and monitors Tier 2–3 interventions in math and literacy, analyzes student data, co-facilitates problem-solving meetings, trains staff, communicates with families, and ensures fidelity of MTSS processes to improve student outcomes.

Collect and analyze assessment data; provide push-in and pull-out Tier 2/3 research-based interventions; monitor progress; collaborate with teachers, families, and the Campus Problem Solving Team; maintain records and participate in professional development.

Provide confidential administrative support for special education: schedule and document IEP meetings, prepare and distribute IEP documents, maintain student files, ensure compliance and signatures, complete Medicaid billing, offer translation services, and travel between campuses as needed.

Supervise students before, during, and after school to maintain safety and a positive school culture. Implement behavior systems, restorative practices, attendance interventions, conflict resolution, support family partnerships, complete incident reports, and mentor students to foster social-emotional development and engagement.
