Manage special education compliance and IEP/504 implementation at the school. Serve as district representative for IDEA and Section 504 meetings, coordinate FIE referrals, arrange interpreters, train and coach staff, oversee scheduling and data entry in SSM, support MTSS, and ensure timely family communication and procedural compliance.

Senior leader responsible for strategic oversight and implementation of special education instructional programs, compliance with IDEA/ADA, team supervision, coaching, data-driven improvement, program and curriculum development, family and community engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Provide direct nursing care, first aid, emergency response, health assessments, medication management, screenings, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and maintain accurate student health records and documentation per school and state requirements.

Lead school culture and student conduct operations, manage School Culture Team and security officer, track attendance and discipline data, coach teachers on classroom management, develop behavior plans, and support school-wide operations to ensure a safe learning environment.

Assistant Principal provides instructional leadership, coaching, MTSS oversight, data-driven intervention, and school culture management. Responsibilities include teacher observations, professional development, testing coordination, instructional coaching, and collaborating with ILT and network teams to drive student achievement and equitable practices.

Lead a K-8 campus overseeing school culture, instruction, assessment, staffing, operations, finance, family and community partnerships, and student services. Drive academic and social-emotional learning, coach teachers, manage budgets and compliance, recruit and retain staff, and implement continuous improvement through data-informed instructional leadership.
