Manage special education compliance and IEP/504 implementation at the school. Serve as district representative for IDEA and Section 504 meetings, coordinate FIE referrals, arrange interpreters, train and coach staff, oversee scheduling and data entry in SSM, support MTSS, and ensure timely family communication and procedural compliance.

Senior leader responsible for strategic oversight and implementation of special education instructional programs, compliance with IDEA/ADA, team supervision, coaching, data-driven improvement, program and curriculum development, family and community engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.

Supervise students before, during, and after school to maintain safety and promote positive school culture. Implement routines, restorative practices, attendance interventions, conflict resolution, family partnerships, incident reporting, and mentor students to support social-emotional development and engagement.
