Deliver hands-on training and certification on the DEXTER Robotic Surgical System to surgeons, nurses, and technicians across Europe. Manage onboarding of Clinical Sales Specialists, training centres, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and provide OR case support. Ensure regulatory-compliant records and continuous refresher training while travelling extensively across European sites.

The Clinical Sales Specialist drives clinical adoption of the Dexter Robotic Surgery System, providing training, support, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the adoption process.

Support systems engineering for a complex medical device: capture and translate stakeholder and regulatory needs into verifiable requirements, contribute to system architecture and integration, maintain DHF alignment with standards, support risk management and user testing, and contribute to cross-functional activities like reprocessing, biocompatibility, and IFU development.

Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Azure cloud infrastructure, networking, and security. Provide multi-level IT support, administer Microsoft Entra ID and IAM, automate tasks with Python/PowerShell, document architecture, and support cloud business applications and databases.

Support and optimize manufacturing of surgical robotic instruments across product lifecycle: resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement, maintain manufacturing documentation (pFMEAs), conduct root-cause analysis for complaints, and plan/execute process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in line with ISO 13485. Act as manufacturing voice during product development to ensure design-for-manufacturing and assembly.

Provide clinical support and training for Dexter surgical robot users, drive procedure utilization, support sales teams, train surgeons and OR staff, assist during setup and surgery, ensure handover and reprocessing training, build surgeon/KOL relationships, forecast usage, and represent the product at events.
