Support and optimize manufacturing of surgical robotic instruments across product lifecycle: resolve production issues, drive continuous improvement, maintain manufacturing documentation (pFMEAs), conduct root-cause analysis for complaints, and plan/execute process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) in line with ISO 13485. Act as manufacturing voice during product development to ensure design-for-manufacturing and assembly.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop software modules for the Dexter robotic system, ensuring robust data management, secure telemetry, and compliance with data governance standards.

Provide clinical support and training for Dexter surgical robot users, drive procedure utilization, support sales teams, train surgeons and OR staff, assist during setup and surgery, ensure handover and reprocessing training, build surgeon/KOL relationships, forecast usage, and represent the product at events.
