Provide clinical support and training for Dexter surgical robot users, drive procedure utilization, support sales teams, train surgeons and OR staff, assist during setup and surgery, ensure handover and reprocessing training, build surgeon/KOL relationships, forecast usage, and represent the product at events.

Hunt and win new hospital accounts in Switzerland by managing the full sales cycle, building a qualified pipeline in Salesforce, collaborating with clinical teams to activate sites, conducting demonstrations of the Dexter Robot, and meeting sales and installation targets while expanding market penetration.

Lead and oversee cross-functional programs and projects in product development and manufacturing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project performance management.
