Provide clinical support and training for Dexter surgical robot users, drive procedure utilization, support sales teams, train surgeons and OR staff, assist during setup and surgery, ensure handover and reprocessing training, build surgeon/KOL relationships, forecast usage, and represent the product at events.

Deliver hands-on training and certification on the DEXTER Robotic Surgical System to surgeons, nurses, and technicians across Europe. Manage onboarding of Clinical Sales Specialists, training centres, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and provide OR case support. Ensure regulatory-compliant records and continuous refresher training while travelling extensively across European sites.

The Associate Director, Strategic Accounts drives the adoption of the Dexter robotic surgical system by managing customer relationships, executing strategic account plans, and ensuring sustainable commercial growth through collaboration and market intelligence.
