Owns the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of two to three multifamily communities. Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue and expense management, collections, occupancy, inspections, vendor oversight, compliance, marketing, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. The role requires managing through site teams, developing staff, balancing portfolio priorities, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining a visible presence across assigned properties.

Assists with multifamily property operations, including rent collection, delinquency and eviction processes, leasing, applications, credit and rental verification, renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Manages resident relations, complaints, retention, correspondence, compliance paperwork, and property-management software updates. Shows apartments, closes leasing sales, supports resident satisfaction, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.

Conduct approximately 110 outbound calls daily to accredited investors, qualify their investment interest and capacity, book discovery meetings for the VP of Capital Formation, and maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up persistently, meet weekly activity and meeting targets, and communicate credibly about real estate investing. The role does not provide investment advice or negotiate terms and offers a path toward a closing position.

Build and own Disrupt Equity’s wealth distribution channel across Texas and the Southeast. Responsibilities include developing territory strategy, cultivating RIAs, family offices, and broker-dealer representatives, securing platform approvals, managing diligence materials, generating allocations, and providing advisor feedback to the deal team. The role requires an existing portable advisor network, substantial fundraising experience, active securities licenses, and real estate investment expertise.

Manage investor communications, portal and CRM records, offering intake, closing checklists, transaction timelines, subscription documents, accreditation and KYC/AML verification, fund reconciliation, and deal entity setup. Coordinate daily with title, escrow, lenders, and counsel while maintaining closing binders, data rooms, and recurring investor communications. Serve as a reliable point of contact for investor requests and escalate issues appropriately.

Underwrite multifamily acquisitions, build financial models, analyze portfolio performance, and prepare investment committee materials. Responsibilities include evaluating NOI, renovation programs, debt sizing, sensitivities, waterfall returns, market comps, diligence findings, and hold or sell scenarios. This is an in-office Houston role with periodic travel across Sunbelt markets.

Leads operational excellence and scalability across a multifamily property portfolio. Establishes standards, SOPs, KPIs, and scalable workflows; identifies performance gaps; supports community openings, acquisitions, transitions, and major initiatives; and oversees property management technology adoption. Partners with Operations, HR, Technology, Marketing, and Asset Management to improve consistency, financial performance, resident experience, and operational efficiency through data-driven decisions, process improvement, change management, budgeting, and cost reduction.

Lead business development and revenue growth for a multifamily third-party property management platform. Build relationships with institutional owners, developers, investors, and capital partners; manage complex sales cycles; oversee RFPs, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and client transitions. Direct property underwriting, market analysis, and competitive research while collaborating with Operations and Marketing. Develop industry networks, represent the company at events, and mentor business development staff.
