Manage investor communications, portal and CRM records, offering intake, closing checklists, transaction timelines, subscription documents, accreditation and KYC/AML verification, fund reconciliation, and deal entity setup. Coordinate daily with title, escrow, lenders, and counsel while maintaining closing binders, data rooms, and recurring investor communications. Serve as a reliable point of contact for investor requests and escalate issues appropriately.

Supports multifamily property operations under the Community Manager, including rent collection, delinquency management, leasing, applications, renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Handles resident complaints, retention, correspondence, lease enforcement, eviction procedures, reporting, and property software updates. Shows apartments, assists prospects, processes paperwork, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed while ensuring Fair Housing and company compliance.

Underwrite multifamily acquisitions, build financial models, analyze portfolio performance, and prepare investment committee materials. Responsibilities include evaluating NOI, renovation programs, debt sizing, sensitivities, waterfall returns, market comps, diligence findings, and hold or sell scenarios. The analyst will coordinate closing workstreams, support investor materials, maintain pipeline data, and provide rapid ad hoc analysis for asset management and operating teams. This is an in-office Houston role with periodic travel across Sunbelt markets.

Leads operational excellence and scalability across a multifamily property portfolio. Establishes standards, SOPs, KPIs, and scalable workflows; identifies performance gaps; supports community openings, acquisitions, transitions, and major initiatives; and oversees property management technology adoption. Partners with Operations, HR, Technology, Marketing, and Asset Management to improve consistency, financial performance, resident experience, and operational efficiency through data-driven decisions, process improvement, change management, budgeting, and cost reduction.

Lead business development and revenue growth for a multifamily third-party property management platform. Build relationships with institutional owners, developers, investors, and capital partners; manage complex sales cycles; oversee RFPs, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and client transitions. Direct property underwriting, market analysis, and competitive research while collaborating with Operations and Marketing. Develop industry networks, represent the company at events, and mentor business development staff.

Lead design and delivery of a portfolio-wide learning function for onsite and corporate roles: diagnose performance gaps, build competency models and curricula, run field training and coaching, implement LMS and tech, measure impact on leasing conversion, retention, ramp time, and promotions, and drive adoption of operating standards and systems.

Lead business development to grow third-party property management platform: source and close institutional clients, manage complex sales cycles, prepare RFPs/proposals, underwrite assets, oversee onboarding, mentor BD team, and represent the firm at industry events.
