Lead onsite property operations for a multifamily community: hire and coach staff, achieve occupancy and budget goals, manage resident relations, marketing, collections, inspections, and maintain property representation online.

Support the Community Manager in daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, delinquency management, resident relations and retention, processing applications and move-ins/outs, enforcing lease terms and eviction procedures, generating resident correspondence, and stepping in for the Community Manager when absent.
