Teams at Disrupt

Owns the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of two to three multifamily communities. Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue and expense management, collections, occupancy, inspections, vendor oversight, compliance, marketing, resident satisfaction, and team leadership. The role requires managing through site teams, developing staff, balancing portfolio priorities, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining a visible presence across assigned properties.

Assists with multifamily property operations, including rent collection, delinquency and eviction processes, leasing, applications, credit and rental verification, renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Manages resident relations, complaints, retention, correspondence, compliance paperwork, and property-management software updates. Shows apartments, closes leasing sales, supports resident satisfaction, and assumes Community Manager responsibilities when needed.

Conduct approximately 110 outbound calls daily to accredited investors, qualify their investment interest and capacity, book discovery meetings for the VP of Capital Formation, and maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up persistently, meet weekly activity and meeting targets, and communicate credibly about real estate investing.
