Work cross-functionally to bring in new equipment, set up, test, validate, and troubleshoot PLC controls (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix). Atlas Copco 4000 / PF8 controller experience is a plus.

Design, develop, and support electrical control systems and PLC software for automated equipment. Provide startup support, debug PLC programs, create electrical drawings, implement predictive maintenance/CBM solutions, and develop contingency plans while following safety protocols and collaborating across global teams.

Support and optimize production floor operations and scale manufacturing processes. Lead NetSuite ERP configuration for BOMs, routings, work orders, and MRP-driven planning. Improve throughput, inventory control, forecasting, supplier coordination, quality, safety, and implement lean principles to support rapid growth.

Finalize and complete an in-progress automation tooling design, producing detailed mechanical layouts, component selection, and manufacturing-ready drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure documentation meets standards, support transition and continuous improvement, and contribute to broader custom machine design projects.

Coordinate and schedule service technicians, track appointment status, resolve scheduling conflicts, maintain service records, allocate staff and equipment, and provide excellent customer service to ensure timely commercial door installation and service.

Lead mechanical design, prototyping, testing, and validation of product assemblies from concept through launch. Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, manufacturing, and customers, execute validation strategies, perform tolerance/strength analysis, and support proposals and technical decisions. Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering tools and processes.

Design, develop, and maintain PLC/HMI control systems for continuous processes. Integrate sensors, VFDs, valves, and proportional devices; configure and tune PID and advanced feedback loops. Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Lead commissioning, field testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Design and optimize food production processes, create and maintain PFDs/P&IDs and equipment specs, support capital projects and scale-up, lead pilot testing, improve yield/OEE using Lean/Six Sigma, ensure GMP/HACCP and hygienic design compliance, collaborate with Quality, R&D, Maintenance, and Operations, and manage validation, SOPs, and automation integration.

Design, develop, implement, and support machine vision and PLC control systems. Write and debug PLC software, integrate cameras (Keyence/Cognex), create documentation and training, manage projects from specification to startup, and provide global installation and contingency planning support.

Support a customer remotely for six months performing CAE work on EV drivetrains using ANSYS Workbench/Mechanical. Perform structural analysis under internal and external loads, linear static analysis, and nonlinear contact analyses (large components, limit loads, slip, bolt integrity).

Lead capital equipment, facilities, shutdown, relocation, and continuous improvement projects. Plan and coordinate schedules, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams; track milestones, manage risks, perform cost analyses, and apply engineering/quality tools to ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing implementations.

Lead month-end close and financial reporting, prepare/review complex journal entries, manage inventory and cost accounting, reconcile cash and revenue, oversee sales tax compliance and audits, analyze financial trends, implement process improvements and automation, maintain fixed assets, and serve as backup to the Finance Director across AR, AP, and payroll.

Lead architectural projects from contract through construction as primary client contact and internal project leader. Own scope, schedule, fees, staffing, and profitability. Mentor project teams, coordinate consultants, oversee construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits, field reports), manage AIA contracts and professional services agreements, run meetings, and help refine project delivery workflows and tools.

Design, develop, test, and improve electrical and control systems for chillers. Create schematics, PLC/HMI code, panels, BOMs, and manufacturing docs. Support UL certification, perform DFMEA and risk assessments, commission and troubleshoot systems, and collaborate across mechanical, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
