Lead a West Michigan nonprofit as chief executive and strategic leader. Responsibilities include partnering with the board, executing strategic initiatives, managing programs and events, building church, business, government, and nonprofit partnerships, fundraising, overseeing finances and operations, measuring organizational impact, recruiting staff and volunteers, and representing the organization publicly. The role also requires spiritual leadership within a faith-based environment and ensuring legal, ethical, and long-term organizational integrity.

Lead and mentor procurement team across selection, bidding, purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, installation, and servicing. Build processes, manage budgets, produce proposals and specifications, coordinate logistics, support sales growth, and maintain inventory and vendor relationships.

Improve and support production of linear motion products by refining workflows and layouts, designing/installing/testing equipment, driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting root causes, analyzing production metrics, ensuring safety and quality, supporting new product introductions, and maintaining technical documentation while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage purchasing, vendor sourcing and evaluations, inventory control, receiving and inspections, order reconciliation, shipping/packing, and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted production, cost control, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvement and vendor relationships.

Manage full-cycle biweekly payroll and accounts payable, perform reconciliations and journal entries, maintain payroll systems and benefit reconciliations, support month-/year-end close, vendor payments, fixed asset records, and continuous process improvements.

Serve as the onsite technical liaison between customer teams and offshore engineering: gather requirements, translate design changes, review drawings, support fabrication/testing, manage schedules, trackers, and cross-team communication to ensure production-ready deliverables.

Own revenue performance across existing customers, balancing upsell/cross-sell and retention. Act as a data-driven analyst bridging Account and Customer Success teams, using HubSpot as the system of record and Power BI for reporting and storytelling.

Own revenue planning, forecasting, and retention for enterprise customers. Build growth/churn models, design lead-to-cash workflows in HubSpot, create Power BI executive dashboards with predictive analytics, and coordinate cross-functional governance between Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

Lead technical development and documentation of architectural projects; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients; mentor staff; produce detailed construction drawings and specifications; refine studio processes and standards to improve quality and efficiency; communicate design rationale and coordinate with consultants.

Design and deliver mechanical and automation equipment for customers: develop concepts, prototype, test, document designs, lead design reviews, troubleshoot equipment, estimate project scope/timelines, engage customers/vendors, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development and internal engineering processes.

Lead manufacturing engineering strategy, drive automation and continuous improvement, manage engineering and maintenance teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, use ERP and statistical tools to analyze process data, and oversee project launches and customer engineering communications.

Lead automation projects from scope through delivery, owning schedule, budget, risk, and quality. Serve as primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce RFQs/quotes, manage issues and milestones, report status, and drive FAT/shipping logistics. Ensure customer satisfaction and share lessons learned post-completion.

Own and maintain the Quality Management System, lead ISO/FM/UL certification efforts, run internal and supplier audits, track KPIs, lead root-cause and corrective actions, support PPAP and PFMEA/process control development, and collaborate with engineering and operations. Occasional travel to company sites required.

Plan and implement configuration and data management processes. Manage Teamcenter as the system of record for engineering documents, product structures/BOMs, revisions, PLC software, and simulation data. Coordinate engineering documentation, assess change impacts on product structures and downstream manufacturing, and support product configuration and variant management.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes (including Haas VF6) to produce parts to specification; read blueprints and CAD models; select tooling; perform quality checks with precision instruments; maintain and troubleshoot equipment; fabricate and assemble mechanical and automation components; operate material handling equipment; follow safety protocols and train/mentor team members.

Short-term (2-3 month) contract Controls Engineer / CMM Programmer to support equipment integration in Hammond, IN. Work cross-functionally to bring in new equipment, set up, test, validate, and troubleshoot PLC controls (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix). Atlas Copco 4000 / PF8 controller experience is a plus.

Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems and PLC/HMI software for automated production cells. Support installation, startup, and production, develop contingency and risk assessments, interface with MES and torque tool systems, and deploy robotics, vision, and servo-driven automation. Travel across North America up to 50%.

Support a customer remotely for six months performing CAE work on EV drivetrains using ANSYS Workbench/Mechanical. Perform structural analysis under internal and external loads, linear static analysis, and nonlinear contact analyses (large components, limit loads, slip, bolt integrity).

Develop PCBA and PCB schematics/layout using Altium, program MCUs with J-Flash, and perform EMC, signal integrity, and UL product safety testing to prepare medical products for launch. Onsite contract in Portage, MI for 12 months; 2-4 years experience required.

Lead design, implementation, installation, and support of robotic automation cells. Provide mechanical/electrical design input, program and troubleshoot Fanuc and UR robots, manage small projects and integrators, train plant personnel, develop KPIs, and create contingency and recovery plans. Travel across North America up to 50%.
