Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team responsible for engineering standards, capital project execution, automation and controls oversight, process improvements using Lean principles, equipment and facility expansion, compliance with food safety/regulatory requirements, and engineering budget management.

Lead a cross-functional product development and program management team through PDP from concept to post-launch review. Manage project portfolio, resources, KPIs, risk escalation, supplier and customer interactions, continuous improvement, and mentor the Program Management team.

Design and release industrial saw equipment: create 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks, maintain BOMs, size/select components, review drawings, troubleshoot with manufacturing, and produce equipment manuals.
