Develop and integrate Ignition SCADA, HMI, and PLC control systems for automated car wash products. Responsibilities include developing Ignition Perspective and Vision applications, troubleshooting controls systems, establishing technical standards, validating product performance, and creating technical documentation and support materials. The role collaborates with engineering teams and provides technical direction for evolving automation projects.

Leads mechanical product design and development for automated car wash systems, including fluid systems, pumps, pneumatics, plumbing, CAD, prototyping, testing, analysis, and refinement. Manages projects from concept through launch, guides engineers, oversees design quality and iterations, conducts technology research, collaborates with suppliers, and leads product-category strategy and team development.

Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, trade shows, and relationship building across the Northeast territory. Maintain CRM activity, report pipeline data, manage existing accounts, coordinate with customer service and design teams, address customer concerns, conduct facility visits and cover audits, and support revenue growth through consultative B2B sales.
