Provide first- and second-line technical support to global users remotely and in person. The role values experience with real-time systems, graphics, media servers, Unreal Engine, and games technology.

Leads sales growth across the Middle East, owning the complete B2B sales cycle for complex hardware and software solutions. Responsibilities include regional strategy, prospecting, executive and government relationship management, partner and system integrator development, high-value contract negotiation, pipeline and forecast management, and cross-functional coordination. The role targets deals from $250,000 to $5M+ and requires extensive regional travel, Arabic and English fluency, and strong knowledge of Saudi and Middle Eastern giga-projects.

Integrate hardware, firmware, and Windows operating system components into reliable server products. Develop OS images, perform system bring-up, troubleshoot issues across electrical, mechanical, and software boundaries, and create test plans, rigs, fixtures, and automation scripts. Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while documenting results, supporting validation, and delivering integration milestones.

Provides technical support to customers using disguise hardware and software for live entertainment and visual productions. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, prioritizing and resolving support cases, troubleshooting networking, media server, video, camera tracking, and 3D workflow issues, creating knowledge-base content, collaborating with development and QA teams, preparing servers, and assisting with demos, events, and onsite production support. Weekend coverage is required approximately once every 6–8 weeks.
