Perform background screenings including sex offender searches, state and federal record research, MVR processing, release requests, record grading for criminal/non-criminal history, and related administrative tasks.

Serve as primary liaison for a portfolio of enterprise clients, build strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, manage escalations, maintain account plans and CRM records, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate internal teams, and ensure services align with client goals and KPIs.

Manage engagement and retention for an SMB client portfolio through proactive virtual relationship management, Salesforce-driven campaigns, analytics (Power BI), and cross-functional coordination. Drive upsell/adoption opportunities, improve self-service resources, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and program performance.
