Lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for Call Center Operations. Partner with operations, workforce management, accounting, and leadership to produce forecasts, financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses. Oversee month-end close, ensure data integrity and controls, coach finance analysts, and provide actionable financial insights to optimize staffing, labor costs, vendor spend, productivity, and service levels.

Lead design and development of customer profile operational data stores and integration pathways. Drive architecture, security, compliance, DevOps and CI/CD practices, mentor engineers, govern vendor delivery, troubleshoot production, and align technical solutions to business outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-initiative portfolios across business and technology domains. Own portfolio planning, financials, risk and dependency management, stakeholder communication, release readiness, and executive reporting. Mentor teams, align with PMO CoEs, manage epics and tracking in Smartsheet and Jira Align, and drive continuous improvement in delivery quality.

Serve as primary advertising sales contact for dealers, support dealer onboarding and training, develop and manage SMB advertising opportunities and pipeline, drive activations and revenue, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Commercial teams.

Lead product vision and roadmap for billing and payments systems (invoicing, subscriptions, taxes, pricing, gateways, reconciliation). Manage and grow Technical PMs and RTEs, drive payment gateway expansion, ensure PCI-DSS and SOX compliance, define architecture with IT and Finance, apply SAFe/Agile practices, establish KPIs and monitoring, and modernize technology (microservices, cloud-native, API-first, Mulesoft).

Design and develop end-to-end software solutions, manage cross-team dependencies, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders. Oversee integration, budgeting, and sustaining work. Implement ForgeRock identity solutions (SSO, federation, MFA, risk-based auth), build UIs with NodeJS/ReactJS, use REST/SOAP tooling, and deploy/debug AWS applications.
