The Head of Operations partners with the CEO to convert strategy into measurable execution. Responsibilities include building the company operating system, driving cross-functional accountability, establishing KPI and OKR frameworks, embedding AI and workflow automation, implementing executive reporting and business reviews, and leading high-impact strategic initiatives. The role requires experience scaling organizations, working with founders or CEOs, developing lean processes, and using data and financial analysis to improve operational performance.

Build and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for FinOps, SRE, and cloud architecture products. Develop AWS-integrated backend services, investigation agents, retrieval systems, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and evaluation frameworks. Encode expertise in AWS operations, networking, IAM, security, reliability, and cost optimization into dependable automation. Own systems through design, deployment, monitoring, and iteration while collaborating with product and engineering teams to address customer cloud challenges.

Lead and build Directeam's Israel commercial organization: design scalable sales and account management processes, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, integrate AI-driven tools, own the full customer lifecycle, negotiate strategic AWS contracts, and position the company as a thought leader in the Israeli startup and AWS ecosystems.
