Use Sabre GDS and other CRS tools while communicating professionally with travelers and travel arrangers.

Lead and support a network of independent travel advisors across Luxury, Cruise, Contemporary, and Hosted Corporate & Entertainment communities. Build relationships, recruit and onboard advisors, coach for growth, collaborate cross-functionally, drive luxury sales initiatives, promote tools and partner programs, and track performance metrics.

Complete accurate, cost‑effective domestic and international travel arrangements using corporate contracts and preferred suppliers. Support multiple accounts, adhere to company procedures and client travel policies, provide first‑level customer and technical support, and attend trainings and staff meetings.

Book domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground, rail, limos) for corporate clients using Apollo and Amadeus. Sell Direct Travels travel management solutions to mid-market accounts across a multi-state territory. Develop territory plans, build executive relationships, negotiate contracts, manage CRM forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, hit revenue targets, represent the company at events, and monitor market trends to drive growth.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting travel-related data from multiple sources. Integrate and model data in cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift), implement data quality and monitoring, support real-time streaming, and ensure data governance and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver reliable datasets for personalization, forecasting, and optimization.

Manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID/AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform. Perform tenant and data migrations, implement SSO, create documentation and training, support operations and security initiatives, and provide escalation support while evaluating scalability and adoption of new M365 capabilities.

Manage global corporate travel accounts to drive profitability, service delivery, contract negotiations, implementations, RFP/RFI processes, client retention, strategic account planning, data-driven recommendations, and cross-functional issue resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Lead Direct Travel's ESG strategy and programs, manage sustainability reporting (primarily Scope 3 GHG), engage stakeholders and suppliers, oversee certification submissions (EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, TCFD), support sales and client carbon data queries, and manage cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors to integrate sustainability and DEI across the organization.

Drive net-new revenue for travel management solutions across a Mid-Market territory. Develop territory plans, identify decision-makers, sell complex cloud-enabled travel tech, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM forecasts, hit sales targets, collaborate across functions, represent the company at events, monitor market trends, and travel up to 25%.
