Design, build, scale, and operate critical systems for a manufacturing engineering platform. Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes, work directly with manufacturers, manage infrastructure and integrations, and contribute proactively in a high-autonomy environment. The role requires programming or configuration knowledge, container technologies, networking fundamentals, and familiarity with IT, SSO, MDM, applications, and integrations. Experience with infrastructure as code, security, compliance, databases, and authorization technologies is preferred.

The recruiter will operate autonomously in a fast-growing technology startup and use AI tools and outbound sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates.

Support the executive team by managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, meeting preparation, confidential work, and follow-ups. Own office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, meals, and workplace experience. Plan team events and offsites, and assist with expenses, invoices, and business operations. The role requires strong executive support experience, discretion, communication, organization, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
