Translate customer assembly processes into BuildOS workflows, create structured work instructions from CAD and engineering data, lead customer onboarding and adoption, identify manufacturing process improvements, advise technical teams, and partner with product and engineering on feedback. The role supports demos, technical evaluations, and customer check-ins while working closely with manufacturing environments and traveling frequently to customer sites.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic Aerospace and Defense accounts, from prospecting through contract close. Build senior stakeholder relationships, develop account strategies, navigate complex procurement processes, exceed revenue targets, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with product and engineering teams on enterprise deployments and customer success. The role is onsite in New York City and restricted to U.S. Persons under ITAR.

Own product design for BuildOS, a manufacturing engineering software suite, from research and strategy through prototyping, interaction and visual design, frontend collaboration, implementation, and release. Design complex workflows involving CAD, structured data, documentation, and shop-floor operations. Establish design systems and product standards while working closely with manufacturing engineers, operators, customers, Product, and Engineering. The role requires developing expertise in manufacturing processes and contributing to a zero-to-one product in an early-stage startup.
