Leads, develops, and administers parish catechetical programs for all ages, coordinates sacramental preparation and catechumenal processes, recruits and trains volunteers, maintains sacramental records, manages budgets and communications, and ensures diocesan compliance and formation standards.

Provide administrative and clerical support for parish catechetical and faith formation programs: receptionist duties, recordkeeping, registrations, sacramental documentation, scheduling, communications, supplies, meeting minutes, financial tracking, and event logistics while maintaining confidentiality and supporting parish staff and volunteers.

Lead, develop, and administer the parish's comprehensive catechetical ministry across all ages. Manage sacramental preparation, curriculum, catechist recruitment and training, recordkeeping, budgeting, communications, and compliance with diocesan standards while supervising the formation team and supporting parish stakeholders.
