Provides advanced administrative support to the Pastor and parish staff by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, reports, filings, and office processes. Prepares and formats documents and presentations, responds professionally to inquiries, coordinates clerical staff or volunteers, maintains confidentiality, and supports multiple departments to ensure efficient parish operations.

Plan, coordinate, and execute parish liturgical music. Prepare choirs, cantors, and musicians; recruit and train volunteers; select music for liturgies; collaborate with clergy and staff; support weddings, funerals, and sacramental celebrations while managing related administrative duties.

Lead, develop, and administer the parish's comprehensive catechetical ministry across all ages. Manage sacramental preparation, curriculum, catechist recruitment and training, recordkeeping, budgeting, communications, and compliance with diocesan standards while supervising the formation team and supporting parish stakeholders.
