Coordinate and supervise a parish religious education program segment, recruit and train catechists, design curriculum from diocesan-approved materials, manage budgets, ensure diocesan policy compliance, present annual program evaluations, and serve as a resource to the Parish Catechetical Leader.

Provide complex clerical support to the pastor and departments: schedule meetings, prepare correspondence and reports, manage filing and records, transcribe and produce documents, coordinate volunteers, greet callers and visitors, maintain confidentiality, and perform general office duties as assigned.

Plan and execute parish liturgies and sacraments; recruit, train, and schedule liturgical volunteers; coordinate baptisms, weddings, funerals, nursing home Masses, and liturgical environment; provide pastoral support and collaborate with clergy, music ministry, and committees.

Maintain parish financial records; manage accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and liaison with Diocesan Shared Accounting Services. Supervise accounting assistant and support HR/benefit enrollment and compliance.

Manage parishioner database, process and reconcile donations, prepare bulk mailings, maintain online giving, coordinate weekly offertory/counting, and plan and execute parish social events and communications.

Lead and coordinate all parish liturgical music: plan music for worship, direct choirs and cantors, educate parishioners in liturgical music, maintain music library and instruments, manage budget and copyrights, and supervise contemporary music and audiovisual teams.

Manage day-to-day parish operations including facilities, finance, HR, volunteers, vendor relationships, and project implementation. Oversee budgeting, payroll, maintenance staff, reporting to Pastor and Finance Council, and ensure compliance with diocesan policies.

Plan and lead music for liturgies, direct and rehearse adult and childrens choirs, recruit and train cantors and volunteers, play organ/piano at Masses and special liturgies, supervise audio-visual equipment, maintain music library and instruments, and coordinate music for funerals, weddings, and faith formation.

Produce and proofread written and visual content, design social graphics, maintain the website and calendar, track and report social and web analytics, run marketing campaigns, liaise with stakeholders and media, manage departmental budget, juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and assist with audio/streaming production as needed.

Manage parish financial, administrative, HR, and facilities functions. Oversee budgeting, payroll, accounting, audits, insurance, property maintenance, staff supervision, parish records, vendor contracts, and parish fundraising coordination while advising the Pastor.

Lead and manage the parish catechetical ministry, developing curriculum and programs for all ages, recruiting and training catechists, maintaining sacramental records, budgeting, coordinating with pastor and diocese, and ensuring compliance with diocesan policies and Safe Environment requirements. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Lead and manage parish, school, and early learning center operations including finance, facilities, administration, personnel, compliance, and project implementation. Develop budgets, authorize expenditures, oversee maintenance and security, supervise administrative leaders, coordinate insurance and diocesan relations, and advise pastor and principal.
