Litigation Counsel will manage Dine Brands’ litigation matters, including case strategy, investigations, discovery, witness preparation, motions, arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings. The role reviews lawsuits and regulatory complaints, manages outside counsel, advises on pre-litigation risks and compliance, oversees discovery processes, and provides practical business-focused legal guidance. Responsibilities span labor and employment, intellectual property, consumer, privacy, regulatory, class action, and general business disputes.

Executes IHOP off-premise marketing strategy across online ordering, delivery, catering, packaging, promotions, and eCommerce channels. Develops campaigns, menus, pricing initiatives, and systemwide communications; manages calendars, budgets, partners, and cross-functional projects. Analyzes performance and guest insights, improves digital ordering experiences, supports franchisees, and presents recommendations to leadership and internal teams.

Leads Applebee’s business analytics function and a team of three analytics professionals. Analyzes sales, traffic, profitability, forecasting, guest behavior, promotions, and competitive trends to guide growth. Partners with executives, franchisees, Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Consumer Insights; owns KPI development, data governance, reporting validation, forecasts, executive reviews, and strategic recommendations. Mentors the team while advancing analytics capabilities, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead onsite IT support for corporate users, owning Windows endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, device lifecycle, patching, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation. Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams, access controls, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access. Serve as an L3 escalation point, support VIP users, mentor service desk staff, manage tickets and SLAs, and provide hands-on walk-up and incident support.

Operate the dish pit and dish machine efficiently while supporting restaurant back-of-house teamwork. Maintain clean dishes and contribute to smooth kitchen operations. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, team-oriented, motivated to succeed, and eligible to work in the United States.

Lead onboarding and activation of IHOP Off-Prem channels (online ordering, delivery, catering) for new openings, conversions, and ownership changes. Act as operational SME and escalation point, validate system configurations, coordinate vendors and internal teams, monitor performance, run root cause analysis, and drive process improvements and rollout readiness.

Leads revenue and cash accounting across a multi-brand franchise business, overseeing monthly close, revenue recognition, gift card accounting, reporting, controls, audits, and SEC requirements. Partners with systems, IT, and business teams on financial systems governance and initiatives including acquisitions and refranchising. Develops accounting processes and leads a high-performing team through coaching, prioritization, performance management, and issue resolution.

Provide broad transactional legal support including securities disclosure (10-K/10-Q/8-K/Proxy), corporate governance, M&A, equity compensation, and franchise agreements; advise executives and support cross-functional teams on compliance and strategic matters.
