Lead onboarding and activation of IHOP Off-Prem channels (online ordering, delivery, catering) for new openings, conversions, and ownership changes. Act as operational SME and escalation point, validate system configurations, coordinate vendors and internal teams, monitor performance, run root cause analysis, and drive process improvements and rollout readiness.

Provide litigation support including intake, docketing, calendaring, legal holds, discovery preparation and document collection; draft legal correspondence; manage large volumes of matters and stakeholder engagement; support compliance (HR, privacy, government affairs); assist attorneys with franchising and corporate transactional document production, due diligence, and corporate governance tasks; track and report matter data.

The Manager, Product Calendar Marketing will lead marketing strategy, campaign execution, and core menu planning for IHOP, driving traffic and profitability through product launches and promotions.
