Provide litigation support including intake, docketing, calendaring, legal holds, discovery preparation and document collection; draft legal correspondence; manage large volumes of matters and stakeholder engagement; support compliance (HR, privacy, government affairs); assist attorneys with franchising and corporate transactional document production, due diligence, and corporate governance tasks; track and report matter data.

The Senior Counsel will manage broad transactional work, including securities matters, corporate governance, franchise agreements, and SEC disclosure materials, advising internal clients across Dine Brands.

Lead market planning and analytical decision support for franchise growth. Evaluate market opportunities, forecast performance, build models and reports, support approval processes, conduct field validation, and present strategic recommendations to franchisees and senior leadership to drive new unit development and system expansion.
