Support project managers and superintendents with schedule, budget tracking, subcontractor coordination, document control, material management, meeting administration, and quality/safety/diversity program execution to help deliver construction projects on time and on budget.

Support construction project teams by managing documentation, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, drawings, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain client and design relationships, assist with MEP coordination, safety and quality programs, material management, daily reports, and project closeout to help ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.

Manage and execute project schedules from pursuit through closeout. Develop high-level and integrated schedules, analyze critical path and risks, maintain schedule data in scheduling tools, prepare monthly status reports, coordinate with project teams, and coach staff to improve scheduling capability. Travel regionally to project sites 2-3 days per week.
