Leads quality control programs across commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develops quality plans, inspection and testing matrices, mockup logs, and documentation workflows in Procore. Coordinates quality meetings, inspections, testing, and issue resolution with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners. Focuses on building envelope systems and water intrusion risks while identifying project risks, supporting continuous improvement, and documenting lessons learned.

Support project managers and superintendents with schedule, budget tracking, subcontractor coordination, document control, material management, meeting administration, and quality/safety/diversity program execution to help deliver construction projects on time and on budget.
