Develop end-to-end business intelligence and ETL solutions, including data extraction, modeling, warehouse loading, reporting, validation, SQL tuning, ad hoc analysis, code reviews, and ETL modernization. The role requires advanced SQL, scripting expertise, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration with architects and business stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position at Dillard’s Little Rock headquarters.

Develops and maintains ServiceNow ITSM and custom applications, including workflows, scripts, integrations, interfaces, and automation. Ensures platform stability, performance, upgrade readiness, and production quality while translating business needs into technical solutions. Requires ServiceNow CAD certification, integration experience with MID Servers, Workflow Studio and IntegrationHub expertise, CMDB knowledge, and three or more years of development experience. The role is fully onsite in Little Rock, Arkansas and includes on-call participation.

Design and implement scalable customer data models, high-throughput ingestion pipelines, batch processes, and Java Spring Boot APIs. Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments while ensuring code quality, automated testing, security, and architectural integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor developers, and integrate AI-assisted development tools. Nice-to-have experience includes MDM, CDPs, relational databases, distributed processing, observability, performance tuning, data security, and Kubernetes.
