Entry-level technology training program for college students beginning careers in corporate IT. Participants receive classroom training, mentorship, and placement based on strengths across application development, business intelligence, infrastructure, operations, and information security. Responsibilities include applying existing programming skills, learning new technologies, collaborating with teams, and supporting technology initiatives for a retail business. The position is full-time and onsite at Dillard’s Little Rock headquarters.
