Teams at Dillards

Provide phone and email technical support for software, hardware, and network issues; diagnose, resolve, and escalate incidents; document interactions and recurring solutions in the ticketing system; assist with equipment upgrades and collaborate with internal IT teams to mitigate vulnerabilities.

Provide onsite technical support for Dillard's distribution center and stores: install, configure, troubleshoot printers, workstations, UPS and POS equipment; manage equipment inventory, repairs, deployments, and coordinate with store and distribution teams to minimize downtime.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for web and hybrid mobile applications, collaborate in an agile team, implement unit tests, perform peer reviews, support eCommerce integrations, and research framework/library upgrades.
