As an ML Engineer II, you will develop manipulation systems for mobile robots, building models, training datasets, and deployment pipelines for improved robot interactions in dynamic environments.

Own executive relationships and business outcomes for hospital partners operating Moxi robot fleets. Monitor utilization, adoption, and reliability data; lead business reviews; diagnose underperformance; manage issue resolution and improvement projects; coordinate cross-functional teams; train clinical staff; activate use cases; and identify fleet expansion opportunities. The role is field-based with approximately 75% travel.

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for robotics and autonomy features. Translate customer feedback, fleet telemetry, and engineering inputs into requirements, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps. Partner cross-functionally to drive development, launches, and measure adoption, reliability, and autonomy performance. Stay current on robotics and AI advances to inform product opportunities and communicate progress to stakeholders.

The Controller leads Diligent Robotics' accounting function, overseeing revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and public company audits, while mentoring the accounting team and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX.

Own end-to-end production test and provisioning for robot builds at a contract manufacturer: design/validate test protocols, build automated test infrastructure, provision firmware/images, drive KPIs (FPY, cycle time, coverage), lead RCA with cross-functional teams, and serve as on-site technical authority to train operators and improve production quality.

Supervise and support on-site clinical robot operations in hospital settings: monitor robots, collect data, troubleshoot, communicate with staff, manage scheduling, train associates, approve timecards, and ensure customer experience and safety.

Provide live monitoring and troubleshooting for a fleet of hospital service robots, document and escalate issues, communicate with customers, collect product feedback, and work rotating shifts in a 24/7 clinical environment while complying with vaccination and HIPAA requirements.

Supervise and support hospital-deployed service robots: monitor safe operation, collect data, troubleshoot, communicate with hospital staff, onboard and train associates, publish schedules, approve timecards, and manage coverage and escalations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will enhance software tools, develop simulation infrastructure, and support robotics software reliability by collaborating with various engineering teams.
