Leads the hardware R&D operations team supporting hospital-deployed robots. Oversees technician development, staffing, intake prioritization, provisioning, builds, refurbishment, quality control, shipping, testing, validation, and failure analysis. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams while maintaining procedures, recorded results, uptime objectives, and timely delivery. The role is hands-on, on-site, and includes occasional travel, lifting components, and after-hours support.

Supervise clinical robot operations in a hospital, monitor and safely assist robots, troubleshoot real-world issues, collect data, and provide detailed engineering feedback. The role also manages customer experience, communicates with hospital staff and the public, creates schedules, trains associates, approves timecards, handles coverage, and escalates corrective actions. Candidates need supervisory and customer-service experience, strong communication, flexibility for changing shifts and holidays, physical ability to lift 40 pounds, and willingness to complete vendor credentialing.

As an ML Engineer II, you will develop manipulation systems for mobile robots, building models, training datasets, and deployment pipelines for improved robot interactions in dynamic environments.
