Diligent Robotics is seeking a Founding Senior Data Engineer to design a BigQuery data warehouse, build transformation layers, and collaborate across teams to enhance the analytics platform.

Supervise and support hospital-deployed service robots: monitor safe operation, collect data, troubleshoot, communicate with hospital staff, onboard and train associates, publish schedules, approve timecards, and manage coverage and escalations.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure with emphasis on high availability, security (Palo Alto firewalls), wireless design, routing/switching, hosted IP voice, and on-site assessments. Act as senior escalation point, lead deployments, troubleshoot outages, and mentor junior engineers.
