Monitor and support an API platform in a 24x7 onsite environment. Handle incidents, service requests, API troubleshooting, Linux software installation, SQL queries, log analysis, user access management, and predefined runbooks. Escalate complex issues to L2 teams, coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, support deployments and testing, and maintain incident and operating documentation.

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack SaaS and API-driven applications using JavaScript, React.js or Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Build responsive user interfaces, backend services, RESTful APIs, and database solutions. Integrate third-party services, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and security, participate in code reviews and Agile processes, and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams.
