The Program Scientist bridges internal scientific teams with the glaciological community. Responsibilities include managing scientific programs and grants, building partnerships, coordinating proposal reviews, communicating research findings, advising on scientific strategy, supporting field planning, and organizing workshops and conferences. The role requires technical reporting, proposal writing, scientific communications, mapping and plotting, and travel to conferences, workshops, Antarctica, and other glaciated field sites.

The Chief Information Officer leads the nonprofit’s enterprise IT, technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance, risk management, compliance, service delivery, and vendor relationships. The CIO oversees the technology stack, security controls, incident response, privacy requirements, IT budget, ticketing and service-level performance, disaster recovery, and technology integration across fiscally sponsored projects. The role manages the Director of Technical Systems, communicates technology risks to executives and the Board, and builds the organization’s technology function.

The Research Engineer will develop machine learning methods for forecasting glacier ice flow and assess its impact on sea level rise, utilizing high-performance computing and remote sensing data in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
