Leads HR strategy and organizational operations, including employee lifecycle systems, policies, compliance, recruitment, benefits, performance management, HR technology, documentation, and cross-functional process improvement. Advises executive leadership, manages sensitive employee matters, oversees HR data and vendors, and partners with the COO on organizational planning and risk mitigation.

Leads IAEF’s engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, and distributed engineering organization for an AI evaluation platform. Owns platform workflows, APIs, component models, evaluation history, infrastructure decisions, security, compliance, incident response, and hiring. Partners with evaluation and executive leaders to operationalize red-teaming, benchmarks, LLM-as-judge systems, and drift detection. Represents IAEF with customers, funders, investors, partners, and developers while supporting fundraising, external integrations, and organizational growth.

Provides executive assistance to the COO, CFO, CTO, and senior leadership by managing communications, calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, and action items. Supports finance, HRIS, operations, vendor onboarding, contracts, audits, budgets, IT asset records, systems documentation, and internal policy rollouts. Maintains accurate data and organizational records while coordinating special projects and leadership meetings. The position is fully remote with occasional in-person meeting attendance.

Provides executive support to the Chief Program and Impact Officers through communication management, calendar and meeting coordination, travel logistics, correspondence, and action-item tracking. Supports development and program operations by maintaining Salesforce records, grant documentation, dashboards, budgets, project files, templates, and portfolio tracking tools. Coordinates onboarding, reporting, leadership updates, and special projects while ensuring accurate data, timely follow-up, and smooth organizational workflows.

The Research Engineer will develop machine learning methods for forecasting glacier ice flow and assess its impact on sea level rise, utilizing high-performance computing and remote sensing data in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
