The Research Engineer will develop machine learning methods for forecasting glacier ice flow and assess its impact on sea level rise, utilizing high-performance computing and remote sensing data in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Lead HR and operations strategy and systems for the organization: design and maintain onboarding/offboarding, performance management, policies, HRIS oversight, benefits administration, compliance, recruitment strategy, and cross-functional process improvement. Serve as senior HR advisor to leadership, build documentation and scalable workflows, partner with vendors, and drive organizational planning and culture-building.
