Lead the strategy, roadmap, and activation of stablecoin and on-chain payment use cases across the Canton Network. Partner with institutional issuers, payment providers, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to connect legacy payment systems with Canton's privacy-enabled ledger. Define workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize security and settlement performance, track usage metrics, and serve as the subject matter expert for stablecoins and payments.

Own the Canton SDK product roadmap, backlog, and releases while improving developer experience across the Canton Network. Engage application developers and ecosystem partners to understand needs, prioritize problems, formulate projects, validate designs, and collaborate with architects and engineers. Serve as an expert on Canton application development, producing documentation and developer-focused materials while tracking competing blockchain developer experiences.

Own the relationship between Digital Asset and the Canton Network ecosystem. Coordinate community operations, governance, working groups, network upgrades, release communications, grant proposals, and cross-functional product and engineering efforts. Facilitate validator meetings and operational votes, manage community communications, identify ecosystem needs, improve documentation, and ensure Digital Asset roadmaps and contributions remain coherent and visible to stakeholders.

Own the long-term product strategy for Splice, an open-source operating layer of the Canton Network. Analyze protocol changes, tokenomics, incentives, fees, governance, and distributed-systems risks; make strategic trade-offs; align diverse ecosystem stakeholders; guide open-source contributors through technical credibility and judgment; and communicate complex decisions to executives, engineers, partners, and governance bodies.

Architect, build, deploy, and operate mission-critical distributed financial systems on the Canton Network. Develop across Scala, TypeScript, and Daml codebases; contribute to solution design, financial modeling, architecture, testing, and production operations. Collaborate with product teams, review code, mentor teammates, and help shape scalable platform capabilities for asset tokenization, collateral management, credentials, and related financial workflows.

Owns end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, partner activations, roundtables, and field events across global markets. Responsibilities include logistics, vendor and venue coordination, attendee communications, event budgets, invoices, purchase orders, reporting, data analysis, calendars, and production templates. The role coordinates internal stakeholders and external vendors, manages on-site event execution, and ensures events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Lead the documentation strategy and maintain developer documentation for the Canton Network. Create conceptual guides, tutorials, upgrade notes, and SDK/API documentation; collaborate with Product, Engineering, ecosystem partners, and Evangelism; monitor SEO, searchability, analytics, heatmaps, sentiment, and ticket deflection; identify content gaps; and maintain the documentation repository and automated GitHub Actions deployments.

Build and maintain production-grade React and TypeScript applications for financial workflows on the Canton Network. Design reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architectures, optimize performance and accessibility, integrate with backend services, and uphold quality through testing and CI/CD.
