Teams at Digital Asset

Develop open-source Web3 and Web2 technologies for the Canton Network, solving complex distributed systems and security challenges. Own major software components, contribute to cloud deployments and operations, collaborate across distributed engineering teams, mentor engineers, and improve systems and processes. The role requires strong polyglot programming skills, preferably in Scala or Haskell, plus experience with Kubernetes, Pulumi, Helm, and Grafana.

Owns the full lifecycle of client incidents and service requests for Digital Asset products. Responsibilities include triaging complex application and business-flow issues, resolving incidents, advising clients on installation and deployment, documenting solutions, escalating unresolved issues to engineering teams, and participating in a global 24x7x365 on-call rotation. The role requires strong cloud, infrastructure, database, networking, blockchain, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills.

Leads client-facing professional services engagements involving Daml and Canton Network solutions. Responsibilities include business analysis, functional requirements, workshops, solution design, roadmap development, Agile delivery, project governance, client relationship management, pre-sales support, and issue resolution. The role translates client needs into scalable blockchain-based applications and coordinates developers, architects, product managers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout implementation.
