The Personal Assistant will support the CEO with scheduling, travel arrangements, household coordination, and manage daily tasks with professionalism and discretion.

The Enabler is responsible for greeting customers, managing appointments, answering calls and emails, and performing various clerical tasks to support office operations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, maintain audit schedules, process vendor/customer invoices, assist with tax returns (GCT, SO1), enter and code financial data, review expense reports, and prepare basic financial statements and reports.
