Conduct insurance claims investigations involving workers’ compensation injuries, including interviews, accident scene analysis, evidence collection, photography, measurements, and report writing. Investigators communicate findings to management and clients, maintain billing records, manage multiple cases, meet 48-hour reporting deadlines, and travel frequently throughout Northern and Central California in a company vehicle.
