Role is onsite, Monday–Friday evening shift, and may include cross-training into other receiving functions.

Supports internal and external marketing communications plans by writing, editing, proofreading, and coordinating content across email, press releases, articles, company profiles, video scripts, and other channels. Partners with internal teams and external vendors, manages multiple communication projects, participates in meetings, and contributes to strategic communications execution.

Design, develop, and maintain HRIS solutions including Workday integrations, web services, and Power Platform apps. Build full-stack applications using C#, .NET, React, SQL and Azure services; perform reporting and data analysis with Power BI. Collaborate with HRIS team for deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while delivering strong customer service.

Lead enterprise accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, Tax) for a high-volume environment; own and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP; drive automation, KPIs, controls, and process transformation; manage and develop leaders; partner with IT, FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement to ensure GAAP compliance and operational scalability.

The Receiving Associate verifies and processes inbound products, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities while maintaining quality standards.

Process inbound electronic components: inspect shipments, verify part numbers, quantities, lot/date codes, receive into WMS/ERP, attach iLPNs, move pallets, meet departmental goals, and perform cross-training and other assigned duties.

Perform large-quantity pallet picking, transport product using RF devices and PIV equipment, operate forklifts and order pickers, meet safety and KPI standards, and assist outbound packing and shipping duties. Onsite role with physical lifting and extended standing requirements.

Perform pallet picking and material transport in an outbound warehouse: locate, retrieve, and move products using RF devices and PIV equipment (order picker, turret truck, forklifts). Maintain safety and KPI standards, assist expedited orders, and support pick/pack/ship operations on an overnight schedule (Tue–Fri). Forklift certification provided.

Perform onsite pallet and large-quantity picking, transport product within the warehouse, operate power industrial vehicles (order picker, turret truck, pallet cart, forklifts), use RF handheld devices and Manhattan WMS, meet safety and KPI standards, assist shipping/receiving and expedite tasks, and perform physically demanding lifting and repetitive duties.

Designs and executes data-driven personalized marketing across web, email, media, and CRM. Builds dynamic customer journeys, segments and activates audiences, runs A/B and multivariate tests, measures performance, and partners with MarTech, analytics, UX, and product teams to scale personalization.
