The Senior Manager of Logistics Operations leads logistics teams in data analytics, routing, documentation, vendor management, and compliance, driving performance and operational efficiency.

Perform receiving duties including opening and verifying freight, sorting and putting away product, operating pallet jacks, prepping incoming receipts, refilling supplies, and assisting dock staff to ensure inventory accuracy and pick readiness. Role is onsite, Monday–Friday evening shift, and may include cross-training into other receiving functions.

Role requires regular onsite attendance and adherence to PIV and warehouse safety processes.

Lead enterprise accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, Tax) for a high-volume environment; own and optimize Oracle Fusion ERP; drive automation, KPIs, controls, and process transformation; manage and develop leaders; partner with IT, FP&A, Treasury, and Procurement to ensure GAAP compliance and operational scalability.

The Receiving Associate verifies and processes inbound products, ensuring accuracy in part numbers and quantities while maintaining quality standards.

Process inbound electronic components: inspect shipments, verify part numbers, quantities, lot/date codes, receive into WMS/ERP, attach iLPNs, move pallets, meet departmental goals, and perform cross-training and other assigned duties.
