Supports Talent Acquisition recruiting for entry-level roles, including candidate communication, screening, events, sourcing research, recruitment marketing, internship feedback analysis, and talent pipeline development. The intern will analyze recruiting data, improve candidate and hiring-manager resources, use recruiting systems, and lead a capstone project supporting early-career hiring and internship programs.

Supports the FP&A team with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, data analysis, dataset maintenance, and strategic planning. The intern assists with annual planning, prepares financial reports, analyzes actual performance against forecasts, and provides insights. This onsite internship requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and data accuracy skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Develops training curricula and educational materials for in-person, virtual, and eLearning programs. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, coordinates skills assessments, applies instructional design and adult learning principles, evaluates training effectiveness through metrics, and researches instructional technologies. The role requires onsite attendance in Thief River Falls, Minnesota and is intended for a student pursuing instructional design, learning experience design, educational technology, educational psychology, or a related field.

Supports Total Rewards and HR initiatives through research, compensation analysis, data validation, documentation, reporting, and project support. The intern contributes to rewards-related projects, develops presentations and recommendations, maintains confidential information, and collaborates with HR professionals. The role provides exposure to compensation, job evaluation, market benchmarking, rewards program design, data analysis, project management, and business communication.

The Senior FP&A Analyst develops forecasts, budgets, financial models, KPI reporting, and variance analyses. Supporting Trade Compliance and Logistics, the role evaluates tariffs, customs costs, logistics spending, margins, and operational efficiencies. It provides recommendations to senior leaders, supports strategic business cases, leads process improvements, and partners with Accounting and cross-functional teams. The position also contributes to system implementations, documentation, training, and financial reporting accuracy.

Coordinates import trade compliance activities for Foreign Trade Zone operations, including shipment pre-entry verification, transfers, consumption-entry paperwork, part-record audits, drawback claims, tariff recovery, KPI development, and compliance reporting. Partners with Trade Compliance, Logistics, Purchasing, and Returns teams to identify risks, improve tariff recovery, implement procedures, and support audits. The role also serves as a tariff subject matter resource and assists with related projects and policy planning.

Perform onsite pallet and large-quantity picking, transport product within the warehouse, operate power industrial vehicles (order picker, turret truck, pallet cart, forklifts), use RF handheld devices and Manhattan WMS, meet safety and KPI standards, assist shipping/receiving and expedite tasks, and perform physically demanding lifting and repetitive duties.

Perform large-quantity pallet picking, transport product using RF devices and PIV equipment, operate forklifts and order pickers, meet safety and KPI standards, and assist outbound packing and shipping duties. Onsite role with physical lifting and extended standing requirements.
