Designs, implements, administers, and supports business intelligence solutions, including reports, analytics, dashboards, and scorecards. Provides leadership, mentoring, strategic planning, and people management while ensuring accurate, actionable business insights.

Supports supplier marketing initiatives through research, data analysis, reporting, campaign and project support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Assists marketing professionals with supplier growth programs, customer engagement, business recommendations, documentation, and stakeholder presentations. Completes a capstone project focused on a supplier marketing opportunity or process improvement initiative while developing communication, storytelling, project management, and business analysis skills.

Leads product viability operations within a product distribution center, supervising staff, resolving product quality and fulfillment issues, coordinating audits and equipment certification, maintaining compliance procedures, managing counterfeit and hazardous-material concerns, and driving process improvements. The role partners cross-functionally with technical, quality, returns, receiving, and product teams while supporting staffing, training, automation, and operational initiatives.
