Manage and grow existing partner relationships while developing new business for low-voltage security and life safety systems. Design and implement solutions including CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, data, and VOI systems. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, attend events and tradeshows, and drive account growth across regional markets.

Manage the full lifecycle of commercial low-voltage and physical security systems projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, client engagement, team leadership, contractor coordination, and quality control. Oversee installation, service, troubleshooting, and programming teams while conducting jobsite reviews and ensuring project standards, timelines, and client expectations are met.

Develops and manages customer accounts for low-voltage security and life-safety solutions. Responsibilities include building regional relationships, supporting existing partners, designing and implementing systems such as CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, data, and VOI, and attending events and tradeshows. The role requires strong communication, integrity, attention to detail, travel flexibility, and a customer-focused approach. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary and commission structure.
