Join the founding team to design and build research infrastructure, automate compute clusters and data pipelines, and develop software/APIs enabling access to generative AI systems for protein therapeutics. Internship with Bay Area location (remote for exceptional candidates).

Build and maintain research infrastructure, computing clusters, data pipelines, and APIs to enable internal and external access to AI systems for protein therapeutics. Collaborate with research engineers, automate cluster operations, and support data processing, front-end, and deployment needs.

Extend and scale in-house deep generative modeling tools for molecular design; run deep learning experiments to improve models or add functionality; and collaborate with software engineers to build efficient training and deployment systems for AI-driven protein therapeutics.

Extend and scale the company's deep generative modeling toolkit for molecular design, run and analyze deep learning experiments (e.g., loop engineering, protein-protein structure prediction), and own a scoped research project. Position is Bay Area–based (remote possible for exceptional candidates) for a minimum 3–4 month internship.
