Lead legal operations strategy, budgeting, vendor and outside counsel management, and legal technology (CLM, e-billing, matter/document management). Drive process optimization, data analytics and reporting, change management, and team leadership to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery for the General Counsel and executive leadership.
