Supports the development of on-product graphics, color applications, patterns, and branding for sporting goods and hardlines products. Researches consumer and global trends, creates mood boards and visual line plans, manages concept samples and project updates, and collaborates with industrial design, merchandising, sourcing, business development, brand design, and manufacturing vendors. Ensures graphics are visually compelling, commercially appropriate, aligned with seasonal direction, and executable through production processes.

Designs and develops bicycle products from briefs through production, including research, concept generation, ergonomics, aesthetics, specifications, color and material definition, tech packs, prototypes, samples, and factory updates. Collaborates with merchants, sourcing, engineering, and design teams to ensure products are manufacturable, on-brand, and commercially viable. Supports trend analysis, product presentations, innovation initiatives, and R&D while developing industrial design capabilities.
