Manage and oversee product testing across development and production to ensure materials and garments meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with regulatory, sourcing, design, and global vendors; prepare labeling and certification documentation; monitor industry regulations and testing methods; support audits, benchmarking, and training for internal teams and vendors.

Lead Digital Fraud product roadmap and delivery to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud across the order lifecycle. Partner with engineering, analytics, payments, loss prevention, and vendors to define KPIs, build features (pre-authorization checks, device signals, chargeback automation), run experiments, manage backlog, and ensure operational resilience while balancing conversion and customer experience.

Support omni order management by analyzing data, optimizing coordinator workflows, reducing cancellations, tracking product setup issues, leading cross-functional SFS reviews, maintaining documentation, training team members, and developing Alteryx queries to improve order accuracy and customer experience.
