Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, subcontracting, RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay applications, safety, and client communication. Responsible for profit and loss, labor management, documentation, and completing project closeout within 45 days while collaborating with estimating and administrative teams.

Support estimating and bid administration: coordinate bid process, manage document control and subcontractor outreach, perform plan takeoffs with StackCT, write scopes and RFIs, prepare bid forms, and provide project administrative support including closeout tasks and superintendent logistics.
